Saadhav

Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of Saadhav (the personalised daily wellness app) and Sangam (the one-time couple reading), together the “Services”. By using either Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

What the Services are. Saadhav and Sangam are personalised wellness and entertainment products that draw on Vedic astrology and AI to create reflective content. They are offered for personal interest, reflection, and general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for professional guidance. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome (relating to health, relationships, money, marriage, career, or otherwise). Do not rely on the Services for diagnosis or treatment of any condition. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services you confirm that you are 18 or older. The Services are not directed at, and must not be used by, anyone under 18.

Your account and information

Saadhav creates an account tied to a recovery token (and, optionally, a verified phone number). You agree to provide accurate birth and profile details, since the personalisation depends on them, and to keep your access to the account secure. Sangam is used without an account; access to a paid reading is tied to its private link.

AI-generated content

Content in the Services is generated with the help of AI language models. Such content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpectedly worded. Treat everything the Services produce as material for personal reflection, not as fact, prediction, or advice.

Payments, trials and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by PhonePe over UPI. We do not see or store your card, bank, or UPI credentials. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) at the point of purchase.

Refunds and how to cancel are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: you can cancel a Saadhav subscription at any time from your UPI app to stop all future charges, and one-time Sangam readings are non-refundable once unlocked, in each case subject to the exceptions in that policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services in violation of any law; not to attempt to access another person’s account, report, or data; not to probe or test the security of the Services without permission; and not to scrape, reverse engineer, or systematically copy the Services or their content.

Intellectual property

The Saadhav and Sangam names, logos, software, design, and original content are owned by the operator named below. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide; you grant us a limited licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

We rely on third parties to deliver the Services, including PhonePe (payments), Prokerala (chart/ephemeris computation), AI language-model providers (content generation), our hosting provider, and Meta (advertising measurement). Your use of the Services may also be subject to those providers’ own terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and request deletion of your data by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Services or to other users.

Operator and grievance redressal

The Services are provided by the Saadhav team. Payments are collected and settled through our authorised merchant of record:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 30 days. Please include the word “GRIEVANCE” in your subject line for prompt routing.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
