Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 3 September 2026
In one line. For Saadhav, membership fees are non-refundable once you have accessed the content, but you can cancel autopay at any time from your UPI app to stop all future charges. For Sangam, the couple reading is a digital item delivered immediately on unlock, so it is non-refundable once unlocked. In both cases the exceptional situations below still apply.
Saadhav — subscription
Saadhav is offered as a subscription that may begin with a low-priced trial and then renews at the then-current monthly price via a UPI autopay mandate. The trial length, price, and renewal terms are shown to you on the payment screen before you authorise the mandate.
Non-refundable once accessed. Once your account is active and you have accessed the content for a billing period, the fee for that period is non-refundable.
Cancellation vs refund. Cancellation stops all future monthly charges; your current period stays active until it ends. A refund would reverse a charge already made, which we do not offer for accessed periods. If you want to stop paying, cancellation is the right action — and it is fully in your control.
How to cancel autopay. Per RBI e-mandate rules, a UPI autopay mandate can only be cancelled from the UPI app that authorised it. Open PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm / your bank’s UPI app → Autopay / Mandates → select Saadhav → Cancel or Revoke. We are not able to cancel your UPI autopay from our end — this is a regulatory requirement, not a design choice. You can also unsubscribe from within the Saadhav app, which cancels the mandate for you.
Sangam — one-time couple reading
Reading the preview is free. Unlocking the full reading is a single one-time payment. Because the report is a digital item generated on demand and delivered immediately on unlock, all sales are final once the reading is unlocked, except where required by law or under the exceptional situations below. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Situations where a refund may be issued (both Services)
We will consider a refund in these exceptional cases. Requests are assessed case-by-case and at our discretion.
- Duplicate charge. If you were charged twice for the same period or reading due to a technical error, the duplicate is refunded in full on verification.
- Paid but not delivered. If your payment succeeded on PhonePe’s side but our system failed to activate your account or deliver your reading, the fee is refunded on verification — unless we are able to deliver instead, which we will always attempt first.
- Immediate regret, no access. If you paid, immediately regretted it, and did not access any content, contact us within 24 hours and we will attempt to refund that charge as a goodwill gesture. This is not guaranteed and is at our discretion.
- Genuine hardship. In rare, documented cases of genuine financial or medical hardship, email us and we will consider the request on its merits.
How to request a refund
Email divyanshu@dwij.live with your registered mobile number and email (Saadhav) or your report link (Sangam), and a short description. We aim to respond within 7 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days via the original payment method through PhonePe; actual credit timing depends on your bank.
Unauthorised or incorrect charges
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us first at divyanshu@dwij.live before disputing it with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly by direct contact.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at /refund.html; material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
